Privacy notice.

Relay Studio is a working service brand operated by Maximalist Agency. This notice describes the information collected when you submit an application for the content repurposing service.
What we collect
Your name, work email, company website, recording frequency, selected interest, any recording link or message you choose to share, and basic campaign tags included in the page URL. The form does not upload recordings or collect payment details. The server also uses your connection address temporarily to limit spam.
Why we use it
We use application details to review fit, respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposed scope, and prevent form abuse. We do not add applicants to a general marketing mailing list merely because they applied.
Where the data goes
Applications are stored on the service's private server. If the operator configures a secure internal automation webhook, application details may also be sent to that internal CRM or workflow. The deployed operator should confirm its hosting and any service-provider arrangements before launch. Access should be restricted to staff handling enquiries.
How long we retain it
We retain applications only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry and related business records. You can ask us to review or delete application data, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion, or ask us not to contact you further, by writing to rishabh@maximalist.agency. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and circumstances.
Cookies and analytics
This initial website does not set analytics cookies or embed third-party tracking scripts. Campaign tags in the URL may be recorded with your application if you submit it.
Before launch
This is an initial operational notice, not legal advice. The operator should confirm its legal business details, provider disclosures, contact information, international data-transfer arrangements and any required local compliance wording before using the website commercially in the US or UK.
